FOCUS GROUP EVENT TERMS
Your access to HIT Strategies, LLC (“HIT”) focus group events (the “Events”) and any content
and materials accessed or created in connection therewith, including any transcripts, videos,
summaries, analysis, findings, clips, excerpts, comments, highlight reels, other materials
relating thereto (the “Event Materials”), are subject to the following terms and conditions (the
“Event Terms”). By subscribing or by attending or accessing any Events, you agree to
these Event Terms:
1. You acknowledge and agree that (a) the Events are private and not open to the press or
the public; and (b) the Events, the Event Materials, and all other nonpublic information and
materials related thereto are the confidential and proprietary information of HIT (the
“Confidential Information”) and may not be used or shared in any manner except as expressly
authorized in these Terms or with the prior written consent of HIT.
2. You may not allow anyone to access or view an Event other than observers from your
organization, up to the number who are authorized to access the Event under your subscription
plan (“Authorized Observers”). You must submit the names, titles and organization email of
your Authorized Observers to info@hitstrat.com at least 2 hours before the Event begins, or
they may not be permitted to observe the Event. Personal emails are not accepted.
3. Your use of any Event Materials or other Confidential Information you may gain access
to is solely for your own internal use and may not be shared in any manner with any third parties
or used for any other purpose without our express written permission in each instance. All
Authorized Observers and anyone else who may gain access to the Event Materials or other
Confidential Information must be under a written obligation to protect the confidentiality thereof
to the same extent as set forth in these Event Terms before being provided access to any
Events, Event Materials or other Confidential Informaiton.
4. Any authorized use of the Event Materials must at all times be fully accurate and not
misleading or must not misrepresent HIT, the moderator, or the participants in any manner.
5. Your access to the Events (including the number of Authorized Observers) and the
information and Event Materials you will be entitled to receive in connection therewith are
determined by the subscription plan you selected (your “Subscription Plan”). Access to the
Events will require that all payments due under your Subscription Plan have been made in full.
6. In the event that the moderator of the Event believes that any of your Authorized
Observers are being disruptive or otherwise may negatively impact the Event, the moderator
has the right to remove such attendee from the Event, and you will not be entitled to a refund.
7. You may, at times, be permitted to propose questions for use at the Event, but their use
will depend on a variety of factors, including the time available, and will be subject to the sole
discretion of the moderator.
8. You may not use any HIT logos or branding without the express written permission of
HIT. Any use thereof must be solely to factually identify and refer to HIT and must not suggest
any affiliation or association with HIT.
9. You acknowledge that views and opinions collected by participants do not represent or
reflect the opinions of HIT Strategies, LLC. Discussions are led by a professional moderator
collecting qualitative data in the pursuit of research and do not represent or reflect any personal
opinion held by the moderator or HIT Strategies, LLC.
